A wonderful "Man in the Moon" necklace from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! This whimsical?piece is crafted in 14k yellow and features an alluring carved?moonstone center. The design portrays?a recognizable "Man in the Moon" face, which has intricately carved facial features for a realistic 3-dimensional look.?The translucent face rests?in a closed back setting and hangs from a hidden bail on the back.
